The challenges in 2025 were such a highlight. Seeing so many of you sleep better, balance your hormones, improve your gut and finally feel more in control of your health was honestly the best part of my year. And after working so closely with triathletes, cyclists, runners and trail runners, I realised how much support was needed around day-to-day fueling and race prep. That’s why I created the Performance Nutrition Challenge — something many of you have been asking for.
