Overnight Oat and Chia seeds

Perfect pre-workout either long ride or long run. Easy digestable


  • Add the Oat (unrefined - old fashioned rolled oat) and the Chia seeds - 

  • Mix together and add cinnamon, Plant based milk, water and the maple syrup. Do this on the evening, in the morning you can have 3/4 tablespoons of this serving in a bowl, add to the microwave for 2 min, can be served with frozen fruits and some granola.

I would recommend to double the quantities for several days. Can be stored in the fridge for 3/4 days
50gr Oat (unrefined)
10gr Chia seeds
75mil of Plantbased milk
75mil of Water
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 tsp of Maple syrup
