Three Bean Salad

1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine well. Divide into bowls and enjoy


Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.


Serving Size: One serving equals approximately 1 1/2 cups.


More Flavor: Add sliced chili peppers, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

1/2 cup Chickpeas (cooked)
1/2 cup Red Kidney Beans (cooked)
1/2 cup Cannellini Beans (cooked)
1 Tomato (medium, diced)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (medium, diced)
2 tbsps Red Onion (diced)
1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lime Juice (to taste)
