Begin by booking a free 15-minute Discovery Call. We review your goals, health history, and which service or program suits you best. After that, you receive a Health Questionnaire and we schedule your 60–90 min Initial Consultation.
2. Are consultations available online or in person?
Consultations are primarily online, allowing you to work with me from anywhere.
In-person sessions in Portugal may be available depending on location and schedule.
3. What is included in the Initial Consultation?
The session includes a full review of your symptoms, history, lifestyle, digestion, sleep, stress, current nutrition patterns, and goals. You receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategy and optional testing recommendations if relevant.
4. How soon can I expect results?
Most clients notice positive changes within 2–4 weeks when following their plan.
Deeper, long-lasting results typically develop over several months.
5. Do you offer personalised nutrition plans?
Yes. Each plan is tailored to your goals and may include structured meal guidance, food lists, portion suggestions, supplement recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, and optional recipes.
6. Do you work with clients outside Portugal?
Yes. I support clients globally. All plans are adapted to your local foods, culture, and time zone.
Clients within Portugal can also choose personalised guidance based on regional food availability.
7. Do I need any medical or functional tests before starting?
No tests are required.
If symptoms or history suggest deeper imbalances, functional testing can be recommended, but it always remains optional.
8. How often do follow-up sessions take place?
Follow-ups typically occur every 2–4 weeks. Each session reviews progress, adjusts your plan, and addresses new needs or challenges.

Yes. I design personalised protocols for cycling, running, triathlon, and endurance events, including carb loading, pre-race meals, on-course fuelling, and post-race recovery.
13. Can you help with low energy availability (RED-S) or signs of overtraining?
Yes. If energy imbalance is suspected, we review symptoms, intake, training load, recovery patterns, and nutrition timing to support safe performance restoration and injury prevention.
14. Do you help with gut issues during training (GI distress)?
Yes. We identify triggers, adjust fuelling strategies, test tolerance, and create performance-friendly meal patterns to reduce discomfort during long sessions.
15. What payment methods and policies do you offer?
Payments are made online when scheduling. All cancellation and rescheduling policies are shown clearly during booking to ensure full transparency.
